Summer Is Winding Down

Chamber Members,

With summer winding down and fall around the corner, many of you are prioritizing and choosing your commitments through December to maximize your success for 2019. Here at the Chamber office we have been working this summer to create new opportunities and added benefits to further enhance your membership. Not only do we have a wide variety of events, but you’ll see additional marketing opportunities that will increase your exposure to other business communities as well as our residents. Below is a great recap of some of our exciting new opportunities!

Further Your Reach!

  • You’ve asked and we’ve heard you! The Chamber is now announcing “Member Hosted Events” for FREE in our weekly e-blast under the “Member Events and News Section’.  Having an open house, an after-hours, special speaker event? – let us help you get the word out! Contact Paige at the Chamber office to coordinate nault@epchamber.org
  • New look and expanded distribution for our 2019-2020 directory! This year, our directory will have a magazine format that will not only list all current members by category, but will also have important Eden Prairie contact information, advertisements and feature stories. Think Community Guide meets Visitors Guide. We have always sent our directories just to Chamber members. This year, we will be printing 4,000 directories to also be distributed at the Eden Prairie School District Welcome Center, the Eden Prairie Community Center, and Eden Prairie City offices, local hotels and realtors. Interested in advertising? Reach out to MaryJo Sirek at maryjo.sirek@ecm-inc.com or 952-846-2052.
  • In our July e- newsletter, our President, Pat MulQueeny announced that we have enhanced our partnerships with the Edina and Richfield Chambers. See new programs including business speakers, health summit, networking opportunities and more on our online calendar. With this, you will start to see new faces at our events as well!

B2B Events Brochure August – December:

We know it’s hard to remember all our events or have time to access our website. With this brochure, you can download it for easy reference for events through the end of the year! Keep on your desk and read when you have time!

What’s with all the construction and new buildings in Eden Prairie?

Those that took our Economic Development Bus Tour last month had the opportunity to hear our city’s Economic Development Manager, Dave Lindahl update us on new structures, new businesses and changes going on in our city. What’s happening with those Burger Kings? What’s going in the old Sports Authority? When is Tennant moving in? Train station location in the Golden Triangle? What retail is going in under the new Elevate apartments at Southwest Station? What are the details for the new senior homes being built? Is the Castle Ridge redevelopment going to happen? When is the Fat Pants Brewery opening date?  And much more! Want further details, feel free to reach out!
